Slagman Group focuses on complex mechanical operations (including laser welding) and the design and complete manufacture of complex frames, modules and machines. Slagman specialises in Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) and the ability to quickly design and produce prototypes.
Slagman, based in Doetinchem, has versatile production facilities allowing it to design and manufacture single pieces and small series of products with high complexity in terms of shape, material and tolerances in-house. This enables Slagman to carry out modifications or produce prototypes and zero series very quickly. This ensures that customers are able to validate and modify their designs before proceeding to large-scale production. Furthermore, the company has high-quality facilities for quality control and assurance.
All activities – from 3D scanning and 3D engineering to the entire production and assembly process – Slagman carries out in-house. This is turned into a well-thought-out design, after which it can produce, assemble, install, commission and maintain all required parts itself. To do so, it has multi-axis CNC machine tools, advanced CAD/CAM software and high-tech tooling, clamping components and controlling facilities.
Slagman is active in several industries, including high-end mechanical engineering, process industry, food industry, (nuclear) medical, automotive and aerospace.
