Caroline has been working at VADO as office manager since the beginning of 2019. After her education, Caroline worked as a personal and/or management assistant at various employers, such as DAF Trucks N.V. and De Meeuw Bouwsystemen.

In addition to supporting the CEO, CFO and the investment team, Caroline coordinates the work within the secretariat and has various focus areas, including corporate governance and communication.
