Winterwarm expands WinLed lighting range with acquisition of Luminaid activities
Winterswijk, September 9, 2024, Winterwarm, a specialist in sustainable lighting and heating solutions for business environments, acquires the innovative linear lighting systems of Luminaid from Oud-Gastel. Winterwarm will combine Luminaid’s LED lighting portfolio with the activities of its subsidiary WinLed. Luminaid’s assembly and engineering activities will be integrated at Winterwarm’s location in Winterswijk. The Luminaid brand name will be retained.
WinLed develops, manufactures and supplies LED lighting for applications in commercial environments, including offices, industrial halls, shops, warehouses and outdoor areas. Luminaid’s high-end LED lighting solutions, specifically designed for industrial applications such as cold storage and parking garages, as well as growth lighting in greenhouses and vertical farming, are an excellent addition to WinLed’s existing portfolio.

The production location remains in the Netherlands which assures flexibility in production and delivery. This will also benefit Luminaid’s existing customer base.
