Veerle joined VADO Beheer in January 2026, where she is responsible for M&A activities.

She gained her experience at PwC, where she worked as a Manager within the European M&A Advisory practice. In this role, she advised on a wide range of engagements, including financial due diligence, restructurings, carve-outs, and working capital optimization programs. Over the course of her career, Veerle further specialized in valuations and financial modeling.
