Malu van Santen-Lamberts has taken on the role of ESG Manager at VADO as of September 2024. Malu has built a broad background with various investment firms, where she has held several positions, primarily as an investor in private equity funds, as an investor relations manager, and most recently, as an investor in (sustainable) impact private equity funds.

At VADO, Malu will develop and implement ESG policies through projects and programs. She will also dedicate a significant portion of her time to supporting VADO companies in implementing ESG and CSRD.

Malu obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Maastricht University and completed her Master’s in Accounting & Finance at Macquarie University in Sydney.
