Gerben Heuver joined VADO as Senior Investment Manager in September 2023. During his career, Gerben has gained a lot of experience in the manufacturing industry, as well as with M&A.

Before joining VADO, Gerben worked for 18 years in various senior Finance roles at WAVIN, global market leader in plastic piping systems. In these roles, he always had a strong focus on the business, including his last role as VP Finance Operations, where he operated as Finance Business Partner for manufacturing, supply chain and procurement. Previously, Gerben was active in mechanical engineering at STORK Food & Dairy Systems and in aircraft manufacturing at STORK Fokker Services.

At VADO, Gerben is responsible for a number of portfolio companies and involved in M&A projects. He also leads various VADO-wide projects including the Sustainable Entrepreneurship initiative.

Gerben studied business economics at the University Groningen and then completed an executive Master in Finance & Control at the VU Amsterdam.
